Plat Status

Formal Plats and Binding Site Plans are processed in the Treasurer's Office with the following tax schedule:

Delinquent taxes are due year round.

• January 1st to Tax Certification Date*: current year in full plus 25% advance;

• Tax Certification Date* to May 31st: current year in full;

• June 1st to next year Tax Certification Date*: current year in full and estimated next year plus 25% advance. (RCW 58.08.040)

Plats currently being worked in the Treasurer's Office.

24 Hrs notice needed to compute Taxes. Please call ahead.

*Date taxes are levied and certified by Assessor ranges from Jan 1st to Feb 15th.
