Is your name and address correct?  Did You Acquire Property by Purchase, Inheritance or Divorce? Pay Off your Mortgage? Move?  Name and Address Changes may be made in any of the following ways:

*  Submit an electronic Name and Address Change Form by clicking on this link and following the prompts.

*  Name and address changes may be made on the back of your tax statement and mailed with your payment in the envelope provided.

*  Name and address changes may be emailed to Email Us.
