Trial and Hearing Confirmation

Snohomish County Local Civil Rule (SCLCR) 40 (c)(1) provides that civil trials must be confirmed no sooner than 12 noon on the first court day of the week and no later than 12 noon of the last court day of the week two weeks prior to the trial date.

Trial Confirmation:
To confirm a trial electronically, please use the electronic form (include your e-mail address).  Alternately, you may confirm a trial using the paper form in Word or PDF.  (To read PDF files you must have the Adobe Reader program installed on your computer.  To download, click here.)

Hearing Confirmation:
You can confirm, strike or continue a hearing from this web site as long as you remain in compliance with Snohomish County Local Civil rule (SCLCR) 7.  If you wish to confirm, strike or continue a hearing, use the online confirmation form.
