Reference assistance: The Library staff makes every attempt to assist the user in locating and using legal research materials in print or electronic format, but does not provide legal advice or make any attempt to interpret the law.
Circulation: Although primarily a research library, there is limited circulation only to officers of the court and local and state government agencies and their employees.
Computer-related resources: There are two public computers available to access legal materials on CD-ROM. These materials include, but are not limited to West’s Washington Cases, the Revised Code of Washington Annotated and unannotated, the Washington Administrative Code, Attorney General Opinions, Washington Court Rules, the United States Code, and the Code of Federal Regulations. Attached printers are provided at 20 cents per page; downloading is prohibited. Internet access is librarian-assisted only.
Other: Three photocopiers are available for public use at 20 cents per copy. The use of a public typewriter is available at no charge.
