Interim EDDS Administrative Interpretations:  Pursuant to EDDS Section 1-04, the County Engineer has approved the following “Interim EDDS Administrative Interpretations.”  Formerly known as “EDDS Blanket Deviations,” these interpretations are intended to clarify the meaning and use of certain EDDS provisions.  The interpretations will be implemented by the PDS Traffic/Drainage Engineering staff; prior discussion with the staff is recommended.  The interpretations are not considered EDDS deviation requests and will not be charged the deviation review fee applicable on July 1, 2008.  They are considered “interim” until they have been incorporated in the next EDDS revision.
