From the North

Take I-5 to exit #194 (Everett Avenue). Turn right (west) onto Everett Avenue and go about 1 mile to Oakes Avenue. Turn left onto Oakes and proceed 3 ½ blocks (past Wall Street) and the Snohomish County parking garage will be on your right. For the free 30 minute parking spaces, enter the SECOND (southern) entrance.

From the South

Take I-5 to exit #193 (Pacific Avenue). Turn left (west) onto Pacific Avenue and go about ¾ mile to the intersection of Pacific & Rockefeller. The Snohomish County parking garage will be on your right. For the free 30 minute parking spaces, turn right BEFORE the toll booth.

From the East:

From Hwy 2, come into Everett (don’t get onto I-5). At the first light, turn left (south) onto Maple Street. Turn right (west) onto Pacific Avenue and go about ¾ mile to the intersection of Pacific & Rockefeller. The Snohomish County parking garage will be on your right. For the free 30 minute parking spaces, turn right BEFORE the toll booth.

After You Park:

Once you have parked, take the garage elevator UP to the “Plaza Level”. When you exit the garage elevator, the West Administration Building will be to your right across the broad sidewalk. Surface Water Management is on the 3rd floor.
