Workshop Description
This Project WET (Water Education For Teachers) and Aquatic Wild workshop offers both hands-on interdisciplinary classroom activities and field experiences. You’ll get ideas for using water as an integrating theme – each WET and Aquatic Wild activity is aligned to multiple EALRs and GLEs. You'll learn how to test water quality at a local stream and analyze local water issues. Each participant will receive two activity guides: Project WET and Aquatic Wild.
Who Should Attend the WET & Aquatic Wild Workshop?
Activities presented will be targeted at grades 4 through 8. However, educators of all grades are welcome to attend.

The regular workshop registration fee (postmarked after August 2) is $45.

Optional Extra Credit
2 Seattle Pacific University graduate credits or
20 Washington Science Teachers Association clock-hours will be offered for an additional fee.
