Noxious Weed List

Each spring the State Board releases an update of its list of noxious weeds in Washington state. The laws and regulations regarding noxious weeds are stated in Chapter 17.10 of the Revised Code of Washington and Chapter 16-750 of the Washington Administrative Code.
