Making Facility Reservations

Instructions

  1. From the opening reservation page, select “Reservations"
  2. Select “Reservation Request”
  3. Enter your login name and password (leave Membership Pass # blank).   If you don’t have an account, refer to Establishing an Account for instructions on setting one up
  4. Select Event Type (most use default “Camping”), enter a description of the event, and maximum number of guests per site/facility.  please be sure not to exceed maximum allowed.  Refer to FAQs (bottom of page) for capacity numbers
  5. The following screen displays filters.  It is recommended you select as few as possible to maximize available facilities.  Select a location (in first box) and facility type (in third box).  Leave other boxes to default settings.  If maximum attendance was exceeded in previous screen, you will get a, “No results match your criteria” message.  Go back and change attendance.
  6. Check the box(es) in the left column to select which facilities you want to reserve (not all may be available).  Adjust attendance numbers as needed
  7. Enter dates for Check-in and Check-out.  Do not change default times
  8. Disregard Date Pattern on following page – continue to next
  9. Verify dates highlighted are dates desired
  10. The following Search Results page identifies sites available on the dates you requested.  A red “X” in the left column means the site is not available.  Before continuing, remove the check marks in the left column for any sites you do not want to reserve.   If all facilities contain an "X", check availability of facilities.  Click here for instructions
  11. Select how you heard about the facility
  12. Verify sites and dates requested and submit.  Do not make payment at this time.
  13. You will be notified by e-mail when your request has been approved or denied.  Please make payment within 24 hours of notification to avoid cancellation of your reservation.

Checking Facility Availability

Use the Facility Availability function when no sites are available for the dates you desire.  You do not need to setup an account to view facility availability.

  1. From the opening reservation page, select “RESERVATIONS”
  2. Select “VIEW FACILITIES”
  3. Select the desired Facility Type (e.g. campsite) in the first column which corresponds with the location desired in the second column
  4. On the following screen, look for calendar months to the right of each facility
  5. Click on the month(s) to check for availability (if the month you want is NOT displayed, all nights are available).
  6. Refer to the FAQs on how to read the availability calendar

  • Ensure attendance does not exceed maximum allowed
  • Use a password that is easy to remember
