Annual Parking & Boat Launch Permits

 

Snohomish County Parks offers an annual parking/boat launch pass that is good for all of its day-use fee parks (Flowing Lake Park, Kayak Point Park, Wyatt Park, and Wenberg Park). Purchases can be made online and, in most cases, at the park.

  • Passes are valid for one year from date of purchase. 
  • They can be shared with another vehicle, but cannot be used for more than one vehicle at a time.   
  • Be sure to display the pass conspicuously where a ranger can see it and read the pass number and expiration date.   
  • IMPORTANT:  The Washington State Park's Discover Pass and Annual boat launch passes, issued through the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife, are not valid at Snohomish County Parks.   

 

 

Directions 

Online purchases are made through the same (ActiveNet) system used to register for activities.  Refer to our Register for Activities Page for help setting-up an account.  To purchase a permit, you will need to:

  1. Establish an account
  2. Select "Activity"
  3. Select Annual Permit-Parking/Boat Launch from the list
  4. Add to cart
  5. Check out and pay

Your order will be processed and mailed the next business workday.  Use your receipt until your pass arrives.

 

Lost or Stolen Passes

If your pass is lost or stolen, you will need to complete a notarized affidavit stating so.  Contact the park office at 425-388-6600 or SCParksRec@gmail.com to request a form or download the affidavit.  There is a $10 replacement fee.

 

 

Snohomish County Parks utilizes an on-line system developed and maintained by the ActiveNet Corporation. This system enables on-line registrations for programs like summer camps and yoga classes, and for the purchass of Annual Passes. To support the cost of this system, on-line registrations and purchases are assessed a 6.5% fee, plus 50 cents per transaction. Please note, this fee is non-refundable.
