Estuary Boat Launch Sites

Everett Waterfront

The waterfront extends along the shores of Possession Sound to the mouth of the Snohomish River. It’s home to various restaurants, shops and hotels.

Launch boats, fly kites, or during the summer, take a passenger ferry to Jetty Island at Marine Park, at the end of 10th Street on the north end of the waterfront.

Langus Riverfront Park

This 96-acre park, located at the northern edge of Everett on Smith Island, is an ideal site for launching boats and starting your excursion into the Estuary. A 2.8 mile paved, river-front trail begins at the park’s boat launch and follows the Snohomish River, ending north of the entrance to Spencer Island Park.

Lowell Riverfront and Rotary Park

On the west side of the Snohomish River is Lowell Riverfront Park. The park is connected to Rotary Park by a paved trail that is perfect for getting some exercise and enjoying the extraordinary view of the river and the Snohomish River Valley. Rotary Park includes a boat launch site.

Cady Park

This small park is located at the south end of the Estuary, next to the city of Snohomish. It provides a trail along the river and a launch site for boating excursions down the Snohomish river.
