Park Features

Undeveloped residential-sized lots totalling .061 acres in the Skykomish River floodplain near the end of Mann Road in east county, on the south side of the Skykomish River.

Tracts were assigned to Snohomish County Parks for custodial purposes as part of a Federal Emergency management Agency Agency (FEMA) buy-out program.
