Evergreen Fairgrounds Park
A Year-Round Facility
The Evergreen Fair Park, which covers 185 partially wooded and landscaped acres, is one of the larger facilities in the Snohomish County Park system. It is booked year-round for many activities and conveniently located near hotels and motels. There are 278 RV sites on the grounds, an equestrian park, a speedway, lots of parking, and many large buildings.
In addition to producing the annual 12-day fair, events such as auto racing on the Evergreen Speedway, horse shows in the Equestrian Park, the SCA Renaissance Faire, Spring Recreation Expo, car sales and auto swap meets, training seminars, small animal shows, bull riding events, RV shows, Cascade Mountainmen Show, Propsector's Gold & Mineral Show, and many more take place on the fairgrounds.

RV sites at The Evergreen State Fairgrounds can be reserved online through the Snohomish County Parks reservation system. These sites offer a low-cost alternative to hotel/motel stays. Located in Monroe, Washington, they are ideal for sporting event participants and I-5 or SR-2 travelers.
The spaces can accommodate up to 42 foot RVs, with water and electricity. Showers and dump station are on site. Please note: traditional campground amenities such as campfire pits or picnic tables are not offered.
The Evergreen State Fair began in downtown Monroe in 1908, moving to its present location in 1945. Find information on events, activities and the annual 12-day fair at
