Description
The park provides two practice size soccer fields, a little league baseball diamond, two volleyball courts and a playground. A mature second growth forest with nature trails covers the northwest portion of the park.
Park History
The property was formerly owned by the Edmonds School District. When the land was to be surplused and sold to a housing developer, a community activist group, the Actional Council for Esperance ("ACE") petitioned the county to acquire the site for a community park.
