Download the 2011 McCollum Pool Program Handbook 

 

Learning to swim is an important life skill. Swim lessons are offered at the McCollum Pool mornings and evenings.  For general lesson block times, refer to the pool schedule. Students may progress through the following levels:

 

Aqua Tot                                 Preschool                                     Youth

Levels     I and II                     Levels     I – IV                              Levels     I - VI

Ages 9 mths – 42 mths        Ages 3 – 5 years, 11 mths        Ages 6 – 16 years

 

New for 2011                         Adult Swim Lessons

                                                Mon & Wed Evenings

                                                Levels I, II and III

                                                Ages 18 and up

 

General Swim Lesson Session Dates [Monday – Friday Lessons]                                          

Session 1:              June 27 - July 1              

Session 2:              July 5 - July 15                

Session 3:              July 18 - July 29

Session 4:              Aug 1 - Aug 12                   

Session 5:              Aug 15 - Aug 26                      

Session 6:              Aug 29 - Sept 2                   

 

Swim Lesson Registration (How to Register)

 

To choose the correct swim level [or class] for your child:

#1   Review the skills and minimum age requirements for each level in the Program Handbook

#2   The skills listed are the skills each class will work on, so be sure your child can perform all the skills in the preceding level

#3   Choose the session dates and time for the appropriate skill level

#4   Use the course code [number] listed to register for your class
