Kayak Point Park offers eleven reservable shelters that are available year-round. Shelter reservations do not include parking permits, and reserved shelters must be occupied by 11:00 a.m.
North Shelters
Ideal for family gatherings, Shelters 1-10 are located along the north end of the saltwater beach. Each shelter is 14' x 24' and include two picnic tables and a standing BBQ grill. Water spigots and fire pits are close by. Limited first-come, first-serve parking is available between some of the shelters. These shelters are recommended for parties no larger than 25. South Shelter
Perfect for company picnics and large gatherings, the South Shelter is located immediately to the left as you approach the beach. Measuring 21' x 40', it can accommodate up to 100 people (seating for 45). The shelter includes a restroom, water, electricity, and BBQ grills. Reserve online or call (425) 388-6600.
