Professional trainer Al Yenkevich will teach you new ways to strengthen and condition your body and help you achieve your personal goals. Over 50 different workouts to get you fit and never get bored. People simply enjoy this energized camp and say it is different and the camp gives them the best workouts ever.
This program begins January 2012 with classes occurring Monday and Wednesday morning from 9:30am – 10:30am.
