Final Plat & Final Short Plat Checklists and Forms

Submittal checklists for Final Plats and Final Short Plats are as follows:

County Code allows the Director of Planning and Development Services to accept, on behalf of the public, easements and covenants.  As long as these forms are used with their instructions, no review is required by the Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
