Permit application submittals are by appointment only. Schedule online or by calling (425) 388-3311, ext. 2790.
Applicants interested in applying for the following permits must use the Residential Building Permit Application forms and checklists on this page: New single-family residences and duplexes; additions, remodels, repairs to existing residences; mobile-manufactured homes; garages; shops; barns; carports, decks, residential fences above 6 feet; retaining walls, swimming pools, docks, conversions (example: garage to living area); residential mechanical permit; residential plumbing permit; residential re-roof permit.
Separate structures require separate application forms (example: a new residence, a detached shop, and a swimming pool require 3 separate application forms)
