Hearing Examiner Land Use Agendas
The Hearing Examiner's Office sets the calendar of hearing dates. Standard hearing days and hours for original jurisdiction land use cases are as follows: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one hour lunch recess.
Hearings are normally held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, Room 2, Bob Drewel Building, 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett, Washington.
The Permitting Division prepares an agenda for each hearing day showing the date, place, and time that each proposed development is scheduled to be heard, along with a brief description of the nature of each application to be considered and, for land use cases, a concise description of the location of the property affected by each application
Agenda's for the scheduled hearing dates are set 21 days prior to the date of the hearing. To view the agenda for a specific day, go to the appropriate month below and click on the underlined date.
