The Customer Permitting Center is the starting point for obtaining Land Use, Residential, Commercial and other permit types in unincorporated Snohomish County. 

Public Service Hours:
M, T, W, & F   8:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., closed Thursdays  
Written appeals are accepted until 5:00 p.m., M - F
Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the cashier stations.
