Snohomish County Code - Title 13 & Title 30
Title 13 SCC, Chapter 13.60 provides the regulations for activities in the public right of way via a Type D permit. Such permits include utility, road improvement, and drainage system installations. SCC 13.110 gives a breakdown of how fees are calculated for these right of way permits.
Title 30 of the Snohomish County Code (SCC) constitutes and may be cited as the Unified Development Code (UDC). (Added Amended Ord. 02-064, December 9, 2002, Effective date February 1, 2003).
The purpose of the UDC is to provide a unified set of standards and procedures to regulate building and land development within unincorporated Snohomish County. The UDC implements the comprehensive plan and provides meaningful opportunities for public participation in planning and permitting processes.
