Fireworks Stand Permits
Fireworks may legally be sold in unincorporated Snohomish County between noon on June 28th and noon on July 6th of each year. Unincorporated Snohomish County allows the discharge of fireworks on the Fourth of July only! The hours when fireworks may be legally discharged begin at 9:00 am and ends at 11:59 pm on July 4th. For other juridictions.
A fireworks permit will be required to operate a fireworks stand. A fireworks stand application must be received on or before June 18 each calendar year. The instructional guide has been prepared to specifically detail the requirements of application. Please read it carefully to assure that applications are being submitted complete.
Fireworks Display Permits
Fireworks displays also require a permit from the Snohomish County Fire Marshal's Office. A fireworks display application must be received at least 10 days prior to the date of display. Again, the instructional guide has been prepared to detail the specific requirements of the application. It is important that all applications are submitted complete. Failure to do so may result in the permit not being issued due to time constraints.
