The purpose of the Customer Support Center is to be a "full service" provider of permit needs and development-related information.  This is your starting point for obtaining information regarding Land Use, Residential, Commercial, and other permit types in unincorporated Snohomish County.  Residential over-the-counter permits (mechanical, plumbing, and re-roof) are also available online through MyBuildingPermit.com.

Our Permit Center is located at 3000 Rockefeller Avenue, 2nd Floor, Robert J. Drewel Building, Everett.  Our Records Center is located on the 2nd Floor of the Administration Building.  Our Service Hours are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday:  8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
CLOSED FOR LUNCH FROM 12pm - 1pm

Thursday:  CLOSED
