Forest Practice Permit Application Packet

A summary of items needed at your Forest Practice application appointment:

1. Minimum Submittal Checklist and Fees (pdf).

2. SEPA Environmental Checklist (pdf).

3. Forest Practice Permit Application and base map.

• Go to DNR's website for the most recent Forest Practice Application.

4. Residential Site Plan and Checklist (pdf).

• meeting minimum site plan requirements.
• specify proposed Erosion Control (pdf).

5. Grading quantities if de-stumping (pdf), separate cut (excavation) and fill.

• Supporting calculations and/or cross section(s) for quantities.

6. Critical Area Study (pdf), if required.

• Critical Area Site Plan

7. Drainage Plan (pdf), if required.

8. Geo-Technical Report, if required.
