NPDES - February 2008 Submittal
On February 15, 2008, Snohomish County submitted a package of draft stormwater management regulations to the Washington State Department of Ecology (DOE), meeting the Phase I Municipal Stormwater Permit deadline. The DOE has 60 days to review the materials.
