Draft 2012 Annual Action Plan and
Proposed Amendments to Prior Year Plans
For Affordable Housing & Community Development
Snohomish County is seeking public review and comment on the Draft 2012 Annual Action Plan through May 7, 2012. All interested persons and organizations are encouraged to comment.
The plan includes:
- proposed allocations and activity descriptions for $5.2 million in federal grant funds for affordable housing, public facility & infrastructure and service projects
- three proposed substantial amendments to prior year Annual Action Plans
- one proposed substantial amendment to the 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan
- other information regarding the grant funds and housing and community development activities
The 2012 program year runs from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

Review and Comment Period
The draft plan is available for public review and comment through May 7, 2012. Comments must be in writing and must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m., May 7, 2012. A public hearing will also be held to take comments on the draft plan. The hearing will take place:

Comments submitted in writing or received at the public hearing will be taken into consideration before the Final Action Plan is adopted by the Snohomish County Council. A summary of the comments, and any County response to the comments, will be included in the Final Action Plan.
