Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG)
2011-2013 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)
Snohomish County is pleased to announce the availability of 2011-2013 CHG funds for activities focused on providing emergency shelter to homeless households. Approximately $456,648 may be awarded for two-year periods commencing January 1, 2012. The contracts will start as eighteen (18) month contracts with a six (6) month extension to match our contract with the Department of Commerce. Eligible activities will include facility support and program operational costs for emergency shelter facilities in Snohomish County.

Tuesday, August 23, 2011, no later than 4:00 pm.
Application documents are listed below. The Project Review Committee will rate applications and make funding recommendations to the County. Final awards are contingent on fund availability.

Technical Assistance and Pre-Application Meetings:
A Pre-Application Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, August 10th, from 10:00 - 12:00 pm in Conference Room 6A04, 6th floor, Snohomish County Campus, Robert J. Drewel Building (3000 Rockefeller Avenue, Everett WA). Attendance is strongly recommended. A written summary of the questions and answers arising from this workshop will be posted on the County website at a later date.
