ANALYSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE

Notice is hereby given that written proposals are invited from qualified consultants for professional services to conduct and prepare an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice covering the Snohomish County Urban County Consortium area, outside the City of Everett, for the Snohomish County Human Services Department (HSDC)/Office of Housing, Homelessness and Community Development (OHHCD).
Qualified individuals or firms interested in submitting a proposal may download the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice RFP (PDF, 1.9 MB) that includes background information, responsibilities of the consultant selected, and specific information required in the submittals.
Consultants planning to submit a proposal, must contact Sue Tracy (listed below), to be included on our “AI RFP Proposer List”. If you are not on our “AI RFP Proposer List”, we are unable to send amendments directly to you or communicate other important related information prior to the RFP submittal deadline. The County is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a Consultant’s failure to register directly with HSD/OHHCD for this RFP.
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Please submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of each proposal in an envelope, with firm/individual name, and Statements of Proposal for Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. Proposal packets must be received by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2010. Late submittals will not be accepted. Applications will not be accepted by e-mail or fax. Mailed applications must be posted in time to be received by the deadline.
