2014 AHTF O & M Renewal Applications:
Snohomish County announces the availability of Affordable Housing Trust
Fund (AHTF) dollars for the 2014 program year renewal of 2013 Operating & Maintenance (O & M) awards for emergency shelter and low-income rental housing projects. Renewal Applications are due Friday, December 13, 2013. Please refer to the AHTF O & M Renewal Application
webpage for additional information.
The Snohomish County Office of Community and Homeless Services (OCHS) is soliciting applications for the 2013 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program
funding round. In Snohomish County, CoC Program funds are currently used to support formerly homeless individuals and families with various Transitional and Permanent Supportive Housing projects as well as Supportive Service Only projects. In addition to these allowable project components, funding may also be used to provide Rapid Rehousing, and to a limited degree, Homelessness Prevention. The OCHS anticipates that it is unlikely that new Continuum of Care funds will be available and that funding reductions are likely, given the effects of Federal sequestration and information contained in the 2013 CoC Registration Notice. Please refer to the CoC Program application webpage
for more information.
