Programs and Services
Adult Day Health -- Medical and rehabilitation program for physically and/or mentally limited seniors.
Case Management -- Helps eligible disabled adults obtain State funded home care services which allow them to remain in their own homes. Assists functionally impaired adults in obtaining and using necessary support services. Home care services can include help with walking, bathing, cooking, housework, etc.
Chore/COPES/Medicaid Personal Care -- State and federally funded programs that provide household and personal care services to enable clients to remain at home.
Daybreak Respite Program -- Offers individuals caring for senior adults with physical and/or memory limitations a break during the day.
Dental Access -- Arranges discount dental services for eligible clients.
Family Caregiver Programs -- The purpose of the Family Caregiver Programs is to support families and other unpaid caregivers to continue providing quality, safe, long-term care to adults with functional disabilities.
Geriatric Depression Screening -- Program which provides one-on-one testing for depression among people 60 and older.
Legal Services -- Legal assistance and representation on government benefit issues, etc.
Nursing Services -- Provides oversight visits and trains personal care aides. Call (425) 388-7239.
Nutrition Programs -- Home delivered meals ("Meals-on-Wheels") and groceries, and congregate meal sites throughout the county.
Respite Care Program -- Provides relief for families or other caregivers of disabled adults.
Senior Centers -- Centers offer a variety of social, recreational and educational programs.
Senior Community Service Employment -- Senior employment and training.
Senior Information and Assistance -- A central location for information and assistance.
Senior Peer Counseling Program -- One-on-one peer support counseling in the home.
Volunteer Chore Services -- Volunteers provide housekeeping and yard chores, shopping, etc.
Volunteer Transportation -- Volunteers provide transportation to eligible persons.
