Adult Day Health

This is a medical and rehabilitation program for physically and/or mentally impaired adults. Staff work with seniors to improve overall health, morale, and independence and prevent premature nursing home or hospital placement.

This program provides a safe and supportive social environment, therapeutic activities and crafts, hot nutritious lunches, health monitoring, medication management, individual and group exercises, etc. It is operated by Senior Services of Snohomish County and partially funded through the Snohomish County Division of Long Term Care and Aging.
