Treatment Information
Alcohol & Drug Treatment Services for Indigent and Low-Income Adults & Youth:
- The Adult Community Outpatient Treatment Program administered by Snohomish County Human Services Department, Alcohol and Other Drugs Program, provides substance abuse assessment and treatment services in a non-residential setting to indigent and low income patients.
- Local State licensed chemical dependency treatment agencies are contracted to provide assessment, counseling (individual and group) and related case management services.
- Treatment agencies accept Medicaid (state medical coupon), insurance or if eligible charge for services according to a sliding fee scale.
- Residency in Snohomish County is not required; however, priority is given to county residents.
- Admission is based on eligibility and space availability in treatment groups.
