
Partners for Health is Snohomish County's innovative employee wellness program, recognized as "best in class" by the University of Washington's School of Public Health and the American Cancer Society's Workplace Solutions. In 2010, Northwest Public Health published an article about the program's widespread success.
Employees, retirees, and their dependents are eligible to participate in this unique wellness benefit, which includes: free annual biometric screenings and flu vaccination clinics, gym discounts, onsite weight management programs, health labs, wellness workshops, e-learning courses, benefit fairs, employee assistance programs, and healthy snack initiatives.
The mission of Partners for Health is to improve the health, productivity, and presenteeism of employees while decreasing health care utilization and associated medical costs.
