Employee Assistance Program

Snohomish County provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Wellspring Family Services

EAP services are a paid benefit by the county for up to 3 visits per incident per family member.

Wellspring Family Services is here to assist you in accessing resources for a variety of personal, family, or work issues. This assistance may come from a telephone consultation with one of our counselors or through in-person visits for a more thorough assessment of the issue.

For all employees, your benefit provides:

  • 24/7 Confidential phone access to licensed Master’s level clinicians
  • Information and referral services
  • Crisis intervention
  • 3 visits per year, per incident

Whatever concerns you have, call them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-553-7798 to speak with a master’s level counselor. Some of the concerns people contact the EAP about include: relationship issues, life transitions, career counseling, financial issues, divorce, single parenting, substance abuse, grief, parent-child conflicts, and job related stress, just to name a few.
