Employee Assistance Program
Snohomish County provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Wellspring Family Services.
Wellspring Family Services assists Snohomish County employees in accessing resources for a variety of personal, family, or work issues. This assistance may come from a telephone consultation with one of their counselors or through in-person visits for a more thorough assessment of the issue. They offer not only counseling, assessments and personal consultations, but they offer parenting resources, legal benefits, daily living tools including finding services such as pet care and relocation, older adult services, skill builders, publications, financial services, ID theft victim resources, webinars on demand, etc.
For all employees, your benefit provides these benefits and more:
- 24/7 Confidential phone access to licensed Master’s level clinicians
- Information and referral services
- Crisis intervention
- 3 visits per year, per incident
Whatever concerns you have, call them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-553-7798 to speak with a master’s level counselor. Some of the concerns people contact the EAP about include: relationship issues, life transitions, career counseling, financial issues, divorce, single parenting, substance abuse, grief, parent-child conflicts, and job related stress, just to name a few.
