County Employees Involved in an Incident or Accident

In accordance with Snohomish County Code 2.90.080 (2-3), if you are involved in an incident or accident, please notify your supervisor immediately.  You should refer all third parties involved in an accident to Risk Management for claim filing procedures.  Do not negotiate, effect settlement of a claim, or admit liability.
