Property Management Division

The Snohomish County Property Management division is established within the Department of Facilities Management and empowered to act as the county’s administrative agency for the management, inventory and disposition of county owned real and personal property in accordance with SCC 4.46.

This includes any license, lease, sale or disposal of the county’s surplus real property, personal property and tax title property.
