The Snohomish County parking garage is located on Oakes Ave. between Wall St. and Pacific Ave. The garage may be accessed from either Oakes Avenue on the East side or from Pacific Avenue on the South side. There is a quick-stop 30 minute only free parking zone on the first floor of the garage. 30 minute free parking and additional longer term parking is available on the lower floors of the garage. ADA parking is available on all levels.

The surface lot located at the Northwest corner of Oakes Ave. and Wall Street, across the street from the Comcast Arena, is a pre-pay / self-pay lot.  You can find parking instructions located on the pay station at the entrance to the lot.  

Public Parking rates at both the garage and surface lot are as follows:

0 - 1/2 hour	Free
1/2 - 1 hour  1 - 2 hours	$2   $3
2 - 4 hours	$6
4 - 6 hours	$9
6 - 10 hours	$10

Monthly parking is available for $70.00 per month for festival parking; access is from 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. Contact the garage manager at 425-388-3348 for additional information.
