Al Garcia, Administrative Operations Manager

Administration supplies management and administrative support to the operating divisions of Facilities Management.  By providing financial management, accounting, payroll and personnel administration, record keeping, and internal support services.   Administration furthers Facilities Management’s ability to effectively support other County departments in accomplishing their own missions.

Our Goals, Objectives

Provide support, guidance, and efficient service to the operating divisions of Facilities Management.  Strive to continually enhance customer service and establish management practices which demonstrate our commitment to accountability.  Continue to streamline administrative functions to increase operating efficiency and quality of service.
