Facilities Divisions

Administration provides quality internal support services to ensure coordinated, accountable, efficient and cost effective use of resources

Planning & Construction  management activities include planning and oversight of construction projects; manage related contracts with architects, engineers and construction companies.

Maintenance provides safe, clean and a well maintained atmosphere in which to conduct public business.  This includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance programs for major equipment and building components, and completes remodels on a limited basis.

Jail Maintenance provides efficient and effective maintenance services to the Snohomish County Correctional Facilities, including Indian Ridge, on a 24 hour, seven day a week basis.

Property Management oversees all county-owned personal property, real property and tax title properties; leased facilities, along with the associated lease and license agreements; vending services; and parking garage operations

Purchasing allows outside vendors to work with Snohomish County and provides supplies, materials, equipment, public work and services to all county departments
