Facilities Divisions

Administration provides quality internal support services to ensure coordinated, accountable, efficient and cost effective use of resources

Planning & Construction  management activities include planning and oversight of construction projects; manage related contracts with architects, engineers and construction companies.

Fleet Services is also known as ER&R (Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund). This division is responsible for purchasing, maintaining and disposing of County vehicles, equipment and radios, and for maintaining parts, materials and fuel inventories. Fleet Management also provides equipment maintenance and repair services to other local cities and agencies.

Maintenance provides safe, clean and a well maintained atmosphere in which to conduct public business.  This includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance programs for major equipment and building components, and completes remodels on a limited basis.

Property Management oversees all county-owned personal property, real property and tax title properties; leased facilities, along with the associated lease and license agreements; vending services; and parking garage operations
