The act will create jobs, help return the national economy to solid footing and provide the opportunity for infrastructure improvements throughout the United States, including Snohomish County.

Funding is available for a wide range of programs. Specifically, Snohomish County is expected to receive funding for transportation, energy, education, health and human services and public safety. County officials are putting together lists of projects that qualify under these categories.
