Dave Somers is serving his third term on the Snohomish County Council representing the residents of District Five in Southeast Snohomish County. Dave began his third term in January 2010. District Five includes the cities of Monroe, Snohomish, Sultan, Gold Bar, Index and Lake Stevens.
