The Clerk's Office accepts filing fees by cash, cashier's check, money order, credit and debit cards.   All fees must be paid in advance.

When the Clerk is required to perform services for which no fees or compensation are specifically listed, he/she shall be allowed fees similar to those allowed for similar services by statute (RCW 36.18.050).
