Please try the online confirmation process again or call the Confirmation Office at (425) 388-3587 to confirm your hearing. Please remember that all confirmations must be received no later than 12:00 noon, two court days before the hearing.
If confirming my motion hearing via the phone, how do I know it was received?
Unfortunately the Confirmation Office cannot call you to tell you we received your message. The adage of “no news is good news” applies! We usually only call you if there is a problem. If you have specific questions, please leave a message and we will try to call you back with answers to any confirmation related inquiries you might have.
What if I do not confirm my motion hearing in time?
Failure to confirm your hearing will require that your motion either be re-noted or you obtain permission from all involved parties to continue the hearing. If all parties have agreed to continue the hearing you must notify the confirmations office of the new hearing date. The new hearing will also require confirmation at the appropriate time.
How do I strike or continue my motion hearing?
