Transfer of License

If you have just moved to Snohomish County within the past 30 days and your pet was previously licensed with a government agency, just mail a completed pet application form, a copy of your current license from the other jurisdiction, proof of spay/neuter, if applicable, and a check for $10.00 to:

We will send you a Snohomish County pet tag and license.
