Replacement License and Tag

When renewing your pet license, you will receive a new tag - to be placed on your pet’s collar - for the up-coming year. If your pet loses the tag during the year, just mail your name, mailing address, a copy of your pet license (if available), daytime phone number and a check for $10.00. to:
