The Licensing Division licenses and titles motor vehicles and vessels, issues temporary disabled parking permits, and gross weight licenses for large trucks. The division also issues all marriage licenses in the county; as well as dog and kennel licenses and permits for certain businesses and events within unincorporated Snohomish County.
