Office Hours:

Elections/Voter Registration and Administration

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Licensing and Recording

Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to noon, 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
Friday, 9:00am to noon, 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
Closed from noon to 1:00pm every day.

Recording Cut-off: Documents and maps dropped off for recording at least ½ hour before closing will be processed and recorded that same day.  Documents and maps dropped off after the cut-off will be processed and recorded at 8:00am the next business day. Once the document is recorded, the images and index information will be available for viewing online at www.co.snohomish.wa.us/isol the next business day.

Licensing and Recording services are located in the Customer Service Center on the 1st floor of the Robert J. Drewel Building (see A on map)

Office Administration and Elections/Voting Division are located on the 1st floor of the Administration Building (see B on map)
