Infrastructure Coordinating Committee (ICC)

The Infrastructure Coordinating Committee is a standing committee comprised of public works representatives of the cities, the County and the Tulalip Tribes. Representatives from the PUD and the Washington State Department of Transportation serve on the Committee as well, along with water and sewer districts. The ICC meets on the 2nd Friday of each month from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. at the County Administration Building in Everett.

The mission of the Committee is to coordinate the planning, funding and implementation of infrastructure and transportation systems in Snohomish County.
