Q. What do I do if my name or the name of someone I know is on the list?
A.  Contact the District Court.

A.  The main number is (425) 388-3331.  Each of the four divisions also has contact information.

Q. What do I do if I know I have a warrant and my name is not on the list?
A.  If you know you have a warrant and your name is not on the list, your warrant might have been issued by the Superior Court for a felony offense or for a support enforcement obligation.  If that is your situation, call your attorney.  If you do not have an attorney, call the Office of Public Defense at 425-388-3500. 

Q. What are the codes I see on the Outstanding Warrant Inquiry list?
A.   The LEA (Law Enforcement Agency) codes identify the law enforcement agency that issued the complaint and/or citation.  The Court codes identify the District Court division where your case is filed.   For a full description of each of the codes, see Code Definitions page.
